RESTAURANT OPUS & BEYOND: An International Gourmet Journey with The Luxury Collection Hotels
Since February 2025, the OPUS restaurant has the honor of regularly welcoming international guest chefs from The Luxury Collection sister hotels.
Throughout the year, our Executive Chef Andreas Mahl and his Executive Sous Chef Nikolaos Argyriou will open the doors of their kitchen to colleagues from all over the world a total of four times and, together with them, serve a specially created menu for the city's gourmets.
